Penn State picked up a huge recruiting commitment prior to its game with Michigan State Saturday.
A big recruiting weekend was already on tap at Penn State this weekend, as several targets had plans to visit for the game with Michigan State. Prior to kickoff, head coach James Franklin picked up a commitment from a top player in the 2018 class.
Camp Hill, PA tight end Zack Kuntz announced that he would become a member of the Nittany Lions.

Kuntz was on an unofficial visit to take in the regular season finale.
Rated as the top tight end in the 2018 class by 247Sports, Kuntz is a four-star recruit and ranked as the N0. 50 overall prospect in the nation. He’s also the No. 3 Pennsylvania prospect for the 2018 class.
Earlier this month the talented tight end announced an impressive final group of schools to choose from. Penn State was joined on the list by the likes of Notre Dame, Alabama, Florida State, Michigan, and Ohio State.
Both of Kuntz’s brothers, Brandon and Christian, played football for the Nittany Lions.
Penn State currently has four commits for the 2018 class and ranked No. 4 in the nation according to the 247Sports team rankings.
