Following a weekend in which new head coach Kirby Smart named Jim Chaney as the team's new offensive coordinator, a top Bulldog recruit has decided to reopen his recruitment.

2017 quarterback prospect Bailey Hockman had been committed to the Bulldogs since June, however Monday he tweeted news of his decommitment:

Hockman is rated as a four-star prospect by 247Sports and considered a top 100 prospect nationally among high school juniors. Alabama, Florida State, Miami, Michigan State, Stanford and Tennessee are among the many schools to offer Hockman a football scholarship during his recruitment.
