Daniel Carlson Kickoff Nails Girl in the Face

In a game that had several crazy moments, none was crazier than the girl got drilled in the face on a kickoff by Daniel Carlson.
The Internet went crazy on Saturday night when a girl in an Auburn shirt on the sidelines was hit in the face trying to catch a kickoff from Daniel Carlson.
Now that we know the woman is OK and in good spirits about the whole situation, we can all laugh continuously. I know that’s what I did after my wife showed me the video for the first time.
I somehow missed it during the game, but after looking on Twitter and the Internet after the game I’m having trouble not seeing it wherever I look.
If you haven’t watched the video yet, or if you just want to enjoy it for the 50th time, have a look below.
First of all, this women is an Auburn fan so she should know how powerful Daniel Carlson’s kicks are. Not many return men are brave enough, or have the opportunity, to catch one of his kickoffs. But for some reason this braves lady decided to put herself in harm’s way.
On a night when Carlson was dynamite with is foot going 6-for-6 in field goal attempts, perhaps his best kick of the night was the one that went sailing into this lady’s face.
I’m sure this one will be number one on ESPN’s Not Top 10 plays next Friday, and it should stay at number one for a long time.
It’s very easy to get my wife to laugh hysterically at some dumb Internet video, but it takes a lot to get a chuckle out of me.
I was definitely having a good laugh after watching that video at the expense of that poor woman’s face.
I’m glad she’s OK so I can watch that video forever and enjoy a good life. And I’m especially happy that Auburn game away with the win.
