Adoree' Jackson's dream: Win Heisman Trophy, Olympic gold
It's no secret, Adoree' Jackson's made it known that he would like to be a very successful two-sport athlete.
He's gone on the record before saying he wants to win the Heisman Trophy and an Olympic gold medal. In case it wasn't clear before, Jackson's making sure everyone hears him again.
In an article with Daily News writer Scott Wolf previewing the upcoming season, Jackson reiterated his dream of bringing home the two coveted awards.
"That’s my goal,” said Jackson via the Daily News. “Being able to run track at the Olympics in Rio next year. Just take a shot at that dream.”
Anyone that watches college football can attest to Jackson's prowess on the football field. The kid can do it all, from a show-stopping cornerback to explosive receiver and punt/kickoff returner. No doubt he'll one day be, at the very least, in the discussion for a future Heisman Trophy.
But his dream of also bringing home an Olympic gold medal is not far fetched by any means. Jackson just recently brought home the Pac-12 championship in the long jump.
It's only a matter of time.
