YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (AP) Braun Hartfield scored 21 points, Cameron Morse 19 and Garrett Covington 17 and Youngstown State rallied from a 10-point second-half deficit to beat Green Bay 85-74 on Saturday night.

The Penguins (5-11, 3-0) have won three straight after snapping a nine-game losing streak and are 3-0 in the Horizon League for the first time and 3-0 in any conference start since 1997-98.

Hartfield missed all nine of his 3-point tries but he put Youngstown State up by 10 on a jumper with 7:42 remaining and hit another to restore the 10-point margin, 78-68, after the Phoenix had cut the lead to five. Green Bay didn't get closer than eight thereafter.

Green Bay (7-11, 2-3) led 41-35 at halftime and was up by 10 after the first minute of the second half.
