Kenny Hasbrouck led four scorers in double figures with 16 points as Siena handily beat Northern Iowa 81-75 in the teams' third-ever meeting, an ESPN BracketBusters matchup Saturday afternoon. Clarence Jackson added 14 points off the bench including four 3-pointers for the Saints (22-6, 16-1 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference), who finished the regular season a perfect 14-0 at home. They will also host the MAAC tournament. Northern Iowa, which trailed the entire game, cut Siena's lead to 57-47 with 6:41 left in the second half on the strength of a 12-2 run. The Panthers, resorting to fouls, made it a five-point game in the final seconds but couldn't get any closer. Jordan Eglesder scored 16 points and added 14 rebounds for the Panthers (18-10, 12-5 Missouri Valley Conference), who also got 13 points from Kwadzo Ahelegbe. Siena led by as many as 21 in the first half after opening the game on a 17-4 sprint. The Saints took a 40-19 lead into the break.
