Reggie Hamilton hit a jumper from the top of the key at the buzzer, the last two of his career-high 41 points, to give Oakland, Mich., an 82-80 victory over Valparaiso on Saturday night.

Hamilton went 14-for-24, including five 3-pointers, to help the Golden Grizzlies (8-4) overcome a 17-point deficit over the final 13:39.

Drew Valentine added 19 points and Laval Lucas-Perry 12 as Oakland won its second in a row despite having only four players with more than one point.

Kevin Van Wijk led the Crusaders (7-4) with 22 points. Ryan Broekhoff had 18 points and 12 rebounds, while Will Bogan scored 11.

Valparaiso outshot Oakland 51 percent to 44 percent and held a 36-31 rebounding edge.

The Crusaders led 60-43 before Oakland's 14-0 run cut it to 61-60. Valparaiso's Ben Boggs hit a free throw to tie it at 80 with 1:29 left, preceding Hamilton's winner.
