Chris Udofia scored 19 points and Justin Coughlin 14 to lead Denver to a 77-52 victory against Louisiana-Lafayette on Thursday night.
Chase Hallam added 13 points and Brett Olson 10 for the Pioneers (19-8, 9-5 Sun Belt), who never trailed and moved into a tie with Louisiana-Lafayette for second place in the league's West Division.
Darshawn McClellan scored 10 points for the Rajin' Cajuns (15-13, 9-5), who shot 22.2 percent (6 of 27) in the first half en route to a 37-19 deficit at the break.
Coughlin made four 3-pointers and had four blocks for Denver, which shot 59.2 percent (29 of 49) from the floor for the game.

The Pioneers achieved the highest regular-season win total in the program's 89-year Division I history.
