Ian Andersen hit his first four 3-point attempts and scored 19 points, Shamari Spears added 17, and Charlotte ended its three-game losing streak in emphatic fashion with a 95-58 rout of struggling Saint Joseph's on Wednesday night.
While poor shooting had plagued the 49ers (19-8, 9-4 Atlantic 10) in their plunge from first to fifth in the conference, the offense came alive against the Hawks (9-19, 3-11) to perhaps revived their NCAA tournament at-large hopes.
