Alcorn State beats NAIA Dillard 95-73

LORMAN, Miss. (AP) Leantwan Luckett scored 21 points, Tyrel Hunt had 20 and Reginald Johnson added 18 in Alcorn State's first win of the season, 95-73 over NAIA Dillard on Monday.
Luckett, who played only 21 minutes, also had seven assists for the Braves (1-4). Hunt was 7 of 9 from the field and 5 of 5 from the free-throw line.
Alcorn State led 55-34 at halftime, shot 35 of 67 from the field and outrebounded Dillard 38-25.
Robert Pratt was 7 of 9 from the field to lead Dillard with 17 points and six rebounds. Tyrone Williams scored 12 and JaCarre Crockett added 11.

The Blue Devils struggled from 3-point range, going 3 of 20.
