Gets loaned to Orlando City Cartagena joined Orlando City on loan from Al-Ittihad of the UAE. He's committed to the Lions trough the end of the 2022 season with an option for 2023.

Impact Cartagena arrives as a defensive-midfielder for a club that could use one more quality option in that position. As a result, it may not be wise to expect major value out of Cartagena, but he shouldn't have any problems getting comfortable with compatriot Pedro Gallese starting in goal.
