Available after suspension Cartagena completed his one-game suspension and is eligible to return against New York City FC on Wednesday.

Impact Cartagena was sent off due to violent conduct in the match against Cincinnati before the international break, but since he was given just a one-match ban, he's eligible to return to action when Orlando takes on NYCFC. Cartagena has established himself a as regular starter in midfield for the Lions, and he has a strong chance of returning to the starting lineup right away.
