Johnson conceded one goal and made one save during Wednesday's 1-0 loss to Philadelphia.
Impact
Johnson has kept two clean sheets in his last four games since returning to the lineup. Johnson made four saves but conceded two goals in Saturday's 2-2 draw against Toronto FC.
Impact
Johnson will be disappointed to have blown his side's two-goal lead Saturday after being beaten by strikes from Richie Laryea and Alejandro Pozuelo. He should be able to bounce back next weekend against last-placed Inter Miami, which have scored just 13 goals in 15 matches this season.

Keeps clean sheet in return
Johnson made one save and kept a clean sheet during Wednesday's scoreless draw against Chicago.
Impact
Johnson was back with his club after being a member of USA Gold Cup winning team and didn't have to make any difficult save here, mainly because of the amazing job done by NYCFC defenders during the entire match. Johnson now has four clean sheets and 11 goals conceded over 11 starts this season and will try to keep it up during Saturday's visit to Toronto.

Available Wednesday
Johnson will be available in Wednesday's trip to Chicago after returning from the Gold Cup, according to manager Ronny Deila via Jake Nisse of the New York Post.
Impact
Johnson missed every match in July while backing up Matt Turner during the Gold Cup victory and he'll now return to a starting role. So long as he's fit, this means that Luis Barraza will return to the bench against the Fire.

Johnson will join the U.S. camp for international duty ahead of the upcoming Gold Cup.
Impact
Johnson could miss the team's next five matches while away for the Gold Cup, something NYC FC knew was inevitable ahead of the season. In his place, they'll turn to either Luis Barraza or Cody Mizell, with the former being most likely to start.

Concedes one in draw
Johnson conceded one goal and made two saves during Saturday's 1-1 draw with Toronto FC.
Impact
Johnson is one of the better goalies in the entire league and he's proven it by conceding just two goals over his last four matches and three in five all season. Though he hasn't recorded a win in either of the last two matches, his record is still more than enough to make a difference by knowing he won't let his team down very frequently. Up next is a visit from Columbus, which feature a talented attacking lineup but have yet to find their groove in 2021.
