Impact Despite missing the final two months of the season, Fraser played with his national team just two weeks after the final Newcastle game. If all is well, he'll likely move into Scotland's starting XI, but given his limited playing time, fitness may be an issue.

Impact Fraser was pictured in light training with Newcastle a few weeks ago, but he last appeared for his club in March. In his first season at Newcastle, he had no goals and two assists in 18 appearances (nine starts).

Impact With nothing to play for, there's little reason to push Fraser back into the squad, having been out since March because of a groin injury. After arriving late in the offseason, he struggled to find his form at Newcastle, managing no goals and two assists with 103 crosses in 18 appearances (nine starts).
