The midfielder's status is still unknown, as he is undergoing further testing on the injury. He was fortunate enough not to fracture anything, so he should return in around two weeks, but he will most likely be held out until after the international break, possibly returning on Jan. 14 against Lens. Expect Carlos Soler to get a little more time in the starting XI while Ruiz is out.
