John Pulskamp - Concedes twice Pulskamp recorded no saves and allowed two goals in Wednesday's 2-1 loss versus Vancouver Whitecaps FC.
Impact Pulskamp faced two shots and failed to stop either of them as Ryan Gauld earned all three points. It's a disappointing performance to say the least, and a performance that will likely bring TIm Melia back into the starting XI in the coming matches. Pulskamp has seen limited chances, usually when Melia is rested for mid-week matches.

Robert Castellanos - Busy defensively Castellanos had seven clearances and two interceptions in Wednesday's 2-1 defeat versus Vancouver Whitecaps FC. In addition, he was given a yellow card in the 75th minute.
Impact Castellanos had everything to do behind the ball during Wednesday's loss, and he stood tall throughout. The defender wasn't able to shut down the Vancouver attack entirely, but he did well when needed and provided some major volume. This was just his second start as he's gone unused in all other matches, leaving him with little chance of a major role moving forward.

Khiry Shelton - Assists late Shelton assisted once to go with zero corners and two chances created in Wednesday's 2-1 defeat to Vancouver Whitecaps FC. In addition, he was given a yellow card in the 42nd minut...
Impact Shelton set up the late goal with just minutes to spare, but couldn't do enough to help complete the come back. Shelton's bench role has continued in 2024 as he struggles to find minutes in most matches. The days of the winger being a guaranteed starter are almost certainly over, barring any major injuries elsewhere in the team.

Marinos Tzionis - Nets off bench Tzionis scored one goal to go with one shot (one on goal) in Wednesday's 2-1 loss to Vancouver Whitecaps FC.
Impact Tzionis came off the bench for the final 11 minutes during Wednesday's clash and provided a brief glimmer of hope with a goal. It was his only shot and his first goal of the season. The midfielder has failed to take any sort of significant role in his third season in MLS and seems set to struggle for minutes yet again.

Yohei Takaoka - Two saves in win Takaoka had two saves and allowed one goal in Wednesday's 2-1 win versus Sporting Kansas City.
Impact Takaoka faced just three shots and stopped two of them during Wednesday's win. The goalkeeper has been the top option as expected and he's been solid, though similar to 2023 he's slowed down after a red-hot start. Takaoka has also thrived with the improved starting XI ahead of him providing some defensive rigidity.
MAY 30, 2024 • ROTOWIRE
Ryan Raposo - Eight crosses Wednesday Raposo recorded one shot (zero on goal), eight crosses (five accurate) and three corners in Wednesday's 2-1 win against Sporting Kansas City.
Impact Raposo was back in the starting XI after being rested against Miami, and he immediately piled on some significant volume. The winger is off to an excellent start with two goals and three assists in just 15 appearances, already a career-high. Raposo hasn't had a goal contribution in May though despite creating 10 chances.
MAY 30, 2024 • ROTOWIRE
Sebastian Berhalter - Makes start Berhalter recorded two shots (zero on goal), three crosses (two accurate) and one chance created in Wednesday's 2-1 win against Sporting Kansas City.
Impact Berhalter got the start for just the second time in MLS, and created a chance. The central midfielder has made consistent appearances in MLS, but he's only been called upon in the starting XI twice. Outside of mid-week matches that encourage rotation it's more likely than not Berhalter will remain a depth option for the foreseeable future.
