Jan Gregus - Creates three chances in loss Gregus made an interception and created three chances in Sunday's 3-0 defeat against NYCFC. He also won two of three tackles in the match.
Impact Gregus was active on both sides of the ball on Sunday, but it wasn't enough to earn a result as New York City rallied in the final 20 minutes to comfortably win the game. San Jose has won just one MLS game in nine so far and Gregus will want to help spark an uptick in performances, starting with next weekend's clash against eighth-placed Colorado.

Cristian Espinoza - Takes five shots against New York City Espinoza took five shots (one on target) and created a chance in Sunday's 3-0 defeat against NYCFC. He also won two of three tackles in the match.
Impact Espinoza couldn't find a way into the defending MLS champions' net on Sunday as his side slumped to yet another defeat. He's had his opportunities, with a combined 23 shots in his last four games, but only five of them have been on target, and -- other than a hat trick against Seattle last weekend -- hasn't scored since the second game of the season. Next weekend he will face the Rapids, which have conceded 11 goals in nine matches this campaign.
