Teenage Hadebe - Keeps clean sheet Monday Hadebe had three tackles (two won), nine clearances and two interceptions in Monday's 1-0 win over Columbus Crew.
Impact Hadebe and the Cincinnati defense got the playoffs started on the right foot, keeping a clean sheet in Game 1 versus Columbus. He made nine clearances, won three duels, intercepted two passes and made two tackles in his full 90 minutes of action. Hadebe started due to Lukas Engel (leg) and Matt Miazga (leg) both being out and he stepped up in a big way. With both uncertain for Sunday's Game 2, he could be in line for another start.

Brenner - Creates three chances Monday Brenner generated two shots (one on goal), two crosses (zero accurate) and three chances created in Monday's 1-0 victory versus Columbus Crew.
Impact Brenner created a team-high three chances in Monday's win, also setting a season high in the process. He added two shots and two crosses on the attack. Brenner has already had a big impact on Cincinnati's attack since re-joining the club after a loan to Udinese, so he figures to play a big role in a potentially long playoff run.

Alvas Powell - Assists winner Monday Powell assisted once to go with two chances created in Monday's 1-0 victory against Columbus Crew.
Impact Powell recorded his first goal contribution of the season Monday and it could not have come at a better time. With the match scoreless through 78 minutes, Powell set up Kevin Denkey's close-range strike to give Cincinnati the victory in Game 1. It came on one of two chances he created in his 20 minutes off the bench. Powell didn't figure to play a huge role in Cincinnati's playoff run, but he already made a massive impact for his club.
