Renato Sanches - Dishes five assists in 20 starts Sanches scored twice while adding five assists in 25 league appearances (20 starts) for Lille in season 2021/22.

Impact Sanches had his flashes but as usually injuries kept him very limited with just 20 starts, which is actually his most league starts in last five years. The playmaker could be very productive when on the pitch though also adding 22 shots, 35 chances created, 65 crosses from 34 corners.

Amadou Mvom Onana - Logs impressive maiden campaign Onana scored once on 15 shots in 32 league appearances (11 starts) for Lille in season 2021/22.

Impact Onana turned in a decent maiden campaign and the departures of some key players for Lille in midfield could see him assume a much bigger role next term. When on the pitch he's been fairly productive as well adding 15 chances created, 48 tackles, 30 interceptions and 25 fouls drawn.

Isaac Lihadji - Gets only two nods all year Lihadji scored once while adding three assists in 13 league appearances (two starts) for Lille in season 2021/22.

Impact Lihadji wasn't much of a factor this year though he made the most of his rare playing opportunities. With very limited playing time though he won't be expected to be much of a fantasy factor next term as well.

Angel Gomes - Gets only 14 starts all year Gomes notched two goals and two assists in 28 appearances (14 starts) across all competitions for Lille in season 2021/22.

Impact Gomes was a fairly regular starter early in the season but after failing to impress he turned into a peripheral cog for the most of the campaign. He achieved his feat on 17 shots and 16 chances created. With somewhat of an overhaul expected for Lille the youngster will be hoping to get another crack at the starting job next term.

Jonathan David - Finishes season with 18 goals David scored 18 goals on 82 shots (38 on target) in 46 appearances (40 starts) across all competitions for Lille in season 2021/22.

Impact David turned in a sensational first part of the campaign scoring 15 times by December alone and despite just three scores in 2022 he would still better his first campaign with Les Doggues. The forward added 41 chances created and 59 fouls drawn.

Jose Fonte - Earns 10 clean sheets in 38 starts Fonte tallied two assists and held 10 clean sheets while starting in all 38 league matches for Lille in season 2021/22.

Impact Fonte's reliability has been exceptional, especially given his age and that has also allowed his fantasy value to rise immensely. He also started in all eight UCL matches. That was his first season without a goal in last five years but with 25 shots he's been knocking on the door. The veteran also added 44 interceptions, 31 blocks and whopping 157 clearances on the defensive side of the ball.

Tiago Djalo - Holds 10 clean sheets in 32 starts Djalo logged in one goal, one assist and 10 clean sheets in 35 appearances (32 starts) across all competitions for Lille in season 2021/22.

Impact Djalo was officially the fifth element in the four-man back line but his versatility and reliability allowed him a ton of playing time and he's played lights out. The defender wasn't all that active going forward but added 72 tackles, 81 clearances and 30 fouls drawn among plenty of others.

Leo Jardim - Takes over starting role Jardim held eight clean sheets on 48 saves in 17 league starts for Lille in season 2021/22.

Impact Jardim took over the starting job in February after returning from a lengthy injury and looked back. His top performances over the final months even sent Ivo Grbic back to Atleti which means that Jardim could have a full season in goal for Les Doggues next term. An expected overhaul of the squad though is still making his fantasy value a bit in limbo.

Zeki Celik - Records another productive season Celik recorded two goals, three assists and eight clean sheets in 32 league appearances (30 starts) for Lille in season 2021/22.

Impact Celik turned in another impressive season for Les Dogges and has been Mr. Consistency now several campaigns for the club. He's a great fantasy asset as his forward runs also brought him 23 shots, 23 chances created and 66 crosses while his defensive side offered his owners 64 tackles and 43 interceptions.

Domagoj Bradaric - Starts just twice all season Bradaric took a serious hit in his playing time after only two starts in 15 league appearances for Lille in season 2021/22.

Impact Bradaric was clearly merely a peripheral factor for the former champions and offered very little statistically for his fantasy owners. The resurgence of Tiago Djalo and the arrival of Gabriel Gudmundsson will likely keep Bradaric in limited role next term as well.

Botman Sven - Logs three goals, eight shutouts Botman amassed three goals, one assist and eight clean sheets in 25 league starts for Lille in season 2021/22.

Impact Whenever healthy and available Botman was a pillar in the back for the former champions and has been a fantasy monster as well adding great offensive feats as well. He also added 112 clearances and 21 blocked shots while his five European starts were very quiet, statistically with just one shutout.

Jonathan Bamba - Disappoints with just one goal Bamba scored once on 51 shots (12 on target) and tallied two assists on 45 chances created in 31 league appearances (28 starts) for Lille in season 2021/22.

Impact Bamba turned in a seriously underwhelming season. He took a serious dip in his quality and despite being often very active the drop from six goals and nine assists in the previous campaign to one goal and two assists this term is mind-boggling. The winger though has still offered a decent production in some fantasy formats after also racking up 115 crosses from 69 corners and 56 fouls drawn.

Benjamin Andre - Ends very productive season Andre scored twice on 18 shots along with one assist in 33 league starts for Lille in season 2021/22.

Impact Andre has been a vital part for Lille in the middle of the park all season long and has been very productive in some categories also adding 15 chances created, whopping 123 tackles, 50 interceptions and 57 fouls drawn. He also added 18 tackles in seven European starts.

Impact Weah will miss the start of the campaign but the way things are shaping up in Lille he may have a prominent role in the starting XI after that. The starlet fired in all his three goals in last two matches of the season but he also dished four assists on the campaign achieving all that on 34 shots, 26 chances created and 48 crosses in 29 league appearances (17 starts).
