Aitor Fernandez - Under siege in defeat Fernandez made nine saves during Sunday's 3-0 defeat to Barcelona.
Impact Fernandez was smoked, conceded three times and still put together an excellent fantasy performance on sheer volume. The keeper a wildly porous defense in front of him, and has made 14 stops in his last two matches alone. Fernandez will likely have somewhat lower volume to face against Mallorca next time out.

Carlos Clerc - Yellow card in poor showing Clerc picked up a yellow card and won no tackles during Sunday's 3-0 loss to Barcelona.
Impact Clerc fell to a truly poor showing Sunday, picking up a late yellow card and doing nothing to stop the impressive Barcelona attack. The defender has yet to register an assist this season and has only created four chances, giving him next to no ceiling. Saturday's trip to Mallorca is relatively favorable, but not one where Clerc is likely to take over.

Marc-Andre ter Stegen - Second straight clean sheet Ter Stegen made two saves during Sunday's 3-0 win over Levante.
Impact Ter Stegen faced only two shots from a completely smothered Levante side, and made the most of it for his second consecutive clean sheet. The keeper has been excellent this season barring his thrashing at the hands of Bayern. Benfica should pose far less threat than the Bavarian giants, and should be a good Champions League bounce-back for Ter Stegen.

Óscar Mingueza - Creates three chances in start Mingueza created three chances and sent in five crosses (one accurate) during Sunday's 3-0 win over Levante.
Impact Mingueza has been something of a revelation at right-back, the defender has started the last two matches and has been excellent in both. He gets forward well and creates chances well (four in his last two starts) as well as tracking back for defensive volume. Mingueza will have his toughest match Wednesday, away to Benfica.

Philippe Coutinho - Mediocre in second start Coutinho shot twice on goal and sent in four inaccurate crosses during Sunday's 3-0 win over Levante.
Impact Coutinho made his second start since returning from injury and failed to impress. It was his best performance since returning, but nothing to write home about. The midfielder will likely start away to Benfica on Wednesday, where he will be looking for his breakout performance.
