Re-signs with Austin Stroud has signed a one-year contract with Austin FC with the option to extend for two additional years, the club announced Friday.

Impact Stroud's previous contract option had been declined when Austin's roster decisions were released a few weeks ago, but the 25-year-old has re-signed a new deal with the club through 2022 at least. He had one goal and four assists in 22 appearances (13 starts) during the expansion club's first season in MLS, and he will now return on the right wing for the next campaign.
