Impact Bajcetic got his first minutes with the senior team during Thursday's 3-1 win, starting at right-back. It's not his natural role but with Trent Alexander-Arnold (hamstring) out and Joe Gomez getting some rest it was the young Bajcetic who got the start. With the variety of additions Liverpool made in the Summer Bajcetic will likely see fewer first team chances in 2023/24.

Impact Gravenberch was also forced off with an apparent muscular issue but it was later deemed minor by manager Jurgen Klopp. The midfielder was impressive on his debut and will be hoping to earn a consistent place in the Liverpool midfield.
