Impact Cremaschi is still rehabbing after undergoing knee surgery in March and hasn't been able to appear during the pre-season. He's reportedly close to being cleared, but he's on the wrong side of questionable for the early matches.

Impact Cremaschi didn't play a lot in his first Serie A campaign and got hurt just as he was starting to gain some traction, but Parma decided he's shown enough to stay, and he'll look to gain a bigger role throughout the summer and next season. He's widely expected to play a full go for the first few friendlies already, as his knee injury was serious but not massive. USA's Benjamin Cremaschi Completes Permanent Move To Parma From Inter Miami

Will not return against Sassuolo Cremaschi (knee) "hasn't completed the rehab from his injury," coach Carlos Cuesta communicated.

Impact Cremaschi hurt his knee in mid-March as he had just gained some steam and will miss his ninth game in a row. He might not have done enough to be retained from a loan spell from Inter Miami, as he logged one off-target shot, one chance created and six crosses (one accurate) in eight appearnaces (two starts).

Diagnosed with meniscus tear Cremaschi ruptured an external meniscus in his left knee against Torino, Parma announced.

Impact Cremaschi will have surgery in the coming days and will be sidelined for at least a month, or potentially more, depending on the type of operation he'll get. He recently drew his first two starts while Sascha Britschgi was dealing with an injury. Enrico Delprato can also play in such a role.

Impact Cremaschi tweaked the joint in a collision with an opponent and stayed down for several minutes in a great deal of pain but was able to leave under his own power. He's set for tests. He drew his second start in a row while Sascha Britschgi wasn't 100 percent, but the starter at the position got the call early in this one and will resume being the top option going forward.
