Impact Bastoni didn't have his usual playmaking impact but made up for that with even more defensive input than the one he's used to have, which included season highs in both tackles and interceptions. Defensive numbers are generally nice for the center-back but what makes him an intriguing and unique fantasy asset is his ability to help on the build up of plays, something clearly demonstrated with his four assists and 22 chances created over 19 appearances in all competitions this season.

Impact Bastoni took care of business defensively, setting a new season high in clearance, but didn't need to push forward as frequently as he normally does, as his side got off to an early lead, failing to launch a cross for the first time in the season.
