Impact This is a nice boost for Brighton, who have had defensive questions the last couple matches. Webster was a late test for the last match and more than a week later, he should be ready to start. He's been out since the first day of the month with a calf issue and his return should allow Brighton to return to their preferred formation Sunday.

Out against Southampton Webster (calf) has been ruled out of Saturday's clash against Southampton, Brighton manager Graham Potter confirmed Thursday.

Impact Webster was subbed out of Wednesday's draw against West Ham with a suspected calf injury, and he will miss Saturday's game as well. The full severity of his injury is still unclear, but Shane Duffy will likely fill in for him in central defense.

Forced off early Wednesday Webster suffered a possible calf injury and was subbed off in the 36th minute of Wednesday's match against West Ham.

Impact It's the second injury of the day for Brighton, who went down a goal early to West Ham. Webster had a hamstring injury last month and the hope is that this isn't a bad calf injury. Shane Duffy replaced him and would likely draw more starts if Webster is forced to miss time.

The centre back will probably remain in the lineup for next Saturday's home match against Leeds.
