Impact Bardakov was a regular while the Avalanche were trying to get to full health earlier in the year, but the 24-year-old has lost his place with the team missing just Logan O'Connor (hip) up front. Bardakov will have to wait for more players to be absent before he can add to his totals of five points, 16 shots on net and 22 hits in 25 games this season.

Impact Girard provided all the offense of the game with a second-period goal, finding the back of the net with a backhander at the 7:57 mark. This was Girard's second goal of the season. Vitek Vanecek - Tagged with loss Tuesday Vanecek stopped 25 of 26 shots in Tuesday's 1-0 loss to the Avalanche.
Impact Vanacek was beaten by Samuel Girard's backhander in the second period, but that was enough to tag him with the loss despite his season-best .926 save percentage. Vanecek has lost each of his last eight starts, going 0-7-1 with a 3.13 GAA and an .870 save percentage in that span.
