Oliver Ekman-Larsson - Point streak grows to four Ekman-Larsson picked up an assist and blocked two shots in Tuesday's 3-2 win over the Blues.

Impact Ekman-Larsson chipped in on Steven Lorentz's goal midway through the second period to give the Leafs a 2-1 lead. Overall, the 34-year-old Ekman-Larsson is up to 12 assists, 14 points, 27 shots on goal, 26 hits and 22 blocks through 20 games this season. He has seven points across his last eight games and Tuesday's helper brought his point streak up to four. OEL has made a strong all-around impression this season and is well above the pace needed to top his 29-point campaign through 77 regular-season games a year ago. Look for the veteran blueliner to challenge for his first season with 35 points or more since he was an Arizona Coyote during the 2018-19 campaign.

Jake McCabe - Lights the lamp Tuesday McCabe tallied a goal, put two shots on net, blocked three attempts, served four PIM and dished out two hits in Tuesday's 3-2 win over the Blues.

Impact McCabe tallied an unassisted goal just outside the five-minute mark of the first period. Outside of the goal, he stuffed the stat sheet with two or more tallies in four major stat categories (shots, blocks, penalty minutes, hits). With Tuesday's performance, the 32-year-old defenseman is up to three goals, 10 points, 49 blocks and 26 hits through 20 games this season. In the absence of Chris Tanev (upper-body) and Brandon Carlo (lower-body), McCabe has seen a slight bump up in playing time, allowing him to compile complementary stats. Even when the two return to the lineup, McCabe has strong category coverage in fantasy and is a solid depth option on the blue line.

John Tavares - Helps out on game winner Tavares recorded an assist and fired four shots on goal in Tuesday's 3-2 win over the Blues.

Impact Tavares made a tremendous effort to pick up the secondary helper on Tuesday's game-winning goal, as he held off all three Blues' players on the ice while Toronto made changes. Once they were made, he back-heeled the puck to Morgan Rielly before one more pass set up William Nylander for the game winner. With the helper, the 35-year-old Tavares has 14 assists, 25 points and 60 shots on net through 20 games this season. Through the first quarter of the season, he is on pace for the first 100-point campaign of his 17-year NHL career. However, he has yet to top 90 points in a campaign and it would be a tall task to continue his current pace toward the century mark. Regardless, he has played the top-line center role admirably in the absence of Auston Matthews (lower-body) and is set up to be an elite option in fantasy for the rest of the season.

Morgan Rielly - Dishes game-winning assist Reilly provided an assist, put five shots on goal and blocked three attempts in Tuesday's 3-2 overtime win against the Blues.

Impact Reilly relayed a pass to William Nylander that would lead the latter to score Tuesday's game-winning goal. With the helper, Reilly is up to 13 assists, 16 points, 37 shots on net and 21 blocks through 19 outings this season. The majority of his offensive contributions have been in his past nine games, where he has 10 points. As he continues to own role on Toronto's top line at both even strength and a man advantage, he is a strong play in all fantasy formats. If he can stay healthy, look for Rielly to top his half-a-point-per-game campaign from a season ago, as he would need just 26 more points across the next 63 games.

William Nylander - Scores overtime winner Nylander scored the game-winning goal and placed three shots on net in Tuesday's 3-2 overtime win against St. Louis.

Impact Nylander continued his elite start to the season with two consecutive backhanded fakes before flicking the puck past Jordan Binnington for Tuesday's game-winning score. Nylander has tallied a point in 16 of the 17 games he's appeared in this season and is currently riding a 14-game point streak. Overall, he has nine goals, 27 points and 36 shots on goal this season. With 27 points, the 29-year-old winger is tied for fifth in the NHL and has elevated his play in the absence of Auston Matthews (lower-body). As Matthews approaches a return to the lineup, Nylander is set up to continue his career-best start to a season.

Joseph Woll - Secures first win this season Woll made 27 saves on 29 attempts in Tuesday's 3-2 overtime win against St. Louis.

Impact After missing the first month of the season due to personal reasons, Woll is back in the win column in his second start of the campaign with an overtime win against the Blues. He allowed just one goal at even strength and posted a .966 save percentage on the night. Overall, the 27-year-old goaltender has a 1-1-0 record with a 2.44 GAA and a .918 save percentage through two starts this season. The addition of Woll back into Toronto's goalie rotation is already paying dividends, as he won a career high 27 games last season and should have the opportunity to vie for a similar number this season. He is expected to split games with Anthony Stolarz once the latter returns from IR with an upper-body injury. Regardless, Woll has a save percentage of .907 or higher in each NHL season he's played, making him a top waiver-wire target at the goalie position. If Stolarz can't return to the lineup ahead of Toronto's next game Thursday, the Leafs may elect to go with the hot hand in Woll over current backup Dennis Hildeby.
