Impact Pacioretty was injured Tuesday in Columbus. The winger has a pair of goals in five contests this season. David Kampf is expected to re-enter the lineup after he was a healthy scratch Tuesday. Consider Pacioretty day-to-day at this time.

Joseph Woll - Starting Thursday Woll (lower body) will defend the home crease versus St. Louis on Thursday, according to Elliotte Friedman of Sportsnet.
Impact Woll was activated off injured reserve earlier in the day and will make his season debut Thursday. The goalkeeper was 12-11-1 with a 2.93 GAA and a .907 save percentage in 25 regular-season games in 2023-24. He is expected to share the net with Anthony Stolarz this season. The Blues are averaging 2.86 goals per game and will play their first game without the services of top forward Robert Thomas, who fractured his ankle Tuesday.

Joseph Woll - Activated from injured reserve Woll (lower body) was activated from injured reserve Thursday, according to James Mirtle of The Athletic.
Impact In a corresponding move, the Maple Leafs sent Dennis Hildeby to AHL Toronto. Woll is expected to share the net with Anthony Stolarz the rest of the way. Stolarz is off to a hot start, going 3-2-0 with a 1.83 GAA and a .938 save percentage thus far. Woll could make his first start of the season Thursday at home versus St. Louis, or possibly Saturday in Boston.

Dennis Hildeby - Sent down to minors Hildeby was reassigned to AHL Toronto on Thursday.
Impact Hildeby's demotion comes as fellow backstop Joseph Woll (groin) was activated off injured reserve in a corresponding move. The 23-year-old Hildeby saw action in two NHL games to start the season, registering a 1-1-0 record, 4.03 GAA and .869 save percentage. With Woll healthy, Hildeby will be hard-pressed to see any more minutes in the NHL and figures to play the bulk of his 2024-25 games in the minors with the Marlies.
