INJURIES

Three-game goal streak Harley nabbed a power-play goal Saturday in a 4-2 win over New Jersey.
Impact Harley put the Stars up 2-0 with a wrist shot from the top of the left face-off circle at 5:44 of the first period. It was his 10th goal of the season, and it extended his goal streak to three games (three goals, one assist). Harley was a mid-tourney addition to Team Canada at the 4 Nations Face-Off when the team was hit with both injuries and illness, and he acquitted himself well. In fact, we wouldn't be surprised if his soaring confidence results in an uptick in production back on NHL ice.

Gets assist in 4 Nations win Harley picked up an assist in Canada's 3-2 overtime win over the United States in the 4 Nations Face-Off championship game on Thursday.
Impact A week ago, Harley was headed to Cabo on vacation, and Thursday, he was hoisting the 4 Nations Cup. He slotted into the match when Shea Theodore was unable to dress because of illness. Harley had a few bobbles Thursday, but overall, he played remarkably well on a massive stage. He may have even played himself into consideration for Canada's Olympic team for 2026.
FEBRUARY 21 • ROTOWIRE
Strong in 4 Nations debut Harley played 18:17 Saturday in Canada's 3-1 loss to the United States at the 4 Nations Face-Off in Montreal.
Impact Harley slipped on the Canada uniform because Cale Makar (illness) was unable to play. Canada's coach Jon Cooper said he's hopeful Makar can return Monday. Still, Harley played incredibly well Saturday, looking as cool as a long-term veteran out there.
FEBRUARY 16 • ROTOWIRE
Joining Team Canada Harley will be allowed to join Team Canada ahead of Saturday's matchup with the United States, Elliotte Friedman of Sportsnet reports.
Impact The rules for the 4 Nations Face-Off originally would not have allowed Harley to join Canada even with Cale Makar under the weather but in light of Shea Theodore's arm injury, the NHL and NHLPA agreed to let Harley link up with the team in case he is needed Saturday.

Goal, assist in win Harley scored a goal, added a power-play assist and blocked two shots in Saturday's 8-3 win over the Sharks.
Impact Harley has two goals and four assists over his last five contests, and he's added a plus-3 rating in that span. The blueliner should continue to see time on the first pairing and top power-play unit as long as Miro Heiskanen (knee) is out. Harley has a total of nine goals, 29 points, a plus-26 rating, 112 shots on net and 77 blocked shots through 53 games this season.

Nets goal Friday Harley scored a goal on two shots and blocked two shots in Friday's 5-4 shootout loss to the Kings.
Impact Over six games since Miro Heiskanen (knee) exited the lineup, Harley has a goal and three assists, doubling his point total from the prior nine contests. The 23-year-old defenseman is seeing big minutes in all situations, and he's holding his own fairly well. Harley is at eight goals, 27 points, 111 shots on net, 75 blocked shots and a plus-25 rating through 52 appearances this season.
FEBRUARY 8 • ROTOWIRE
Earns pair of assists Harley logged two assists, two shots on goal and a plus-2 rating in Sunday's 5-3 win over the Blue Jackets.
Impact Harley set up a Wyatt Johnston power-play goal that tied the game at 3-3 in the second period, and he also fed Evgenii Dadonov for the go-ahead goal midway through the third. This was Harley's first multi-point effort since Jan. 7 against the Rangers. The 23-year-old defenseman has three helpers over two contests since Miro Heiskanen (knee) exited the lineup. Harley is now at 26 points (four on the power play), 108 shots on net, 72 blocked shots and a plus-27 rating over 50 appearances. He should have plenty of chances to contribute on offense as long as Heiskanen remains on injured reserve.

Picks up helper Friday Harley logged an assist, two blocked shots and a plus-2 rating in Friday's 5-3 win over the Canucks.
Impact Miro Heiskanen (knee) is likely to be out through the 4 Nations Face-Off and possibly longer, so Harley is now the Stars' top blueliner. That means more power-play time in particular for Harley, though his helper Friday came at even strength. The defenseman had seven points over 15 outings in January, roughly on par with his 24 points through 49 contests this season. He's added 106 shots on net, 71 blocked shots and a plus-25 rating, so he should be able to handle the added defensive rigors that will come with his increased role.
FEBRUARY 1 • ROTOWIRE
Lone goal in Tuesday's loss Harley scored a goal on two shots and added two hits in Tuesday's 2-1 loss to the Hurricanes.
Impact Harley finished a feed from Wyatt Johnston to tie the game at 1-1 midway through the third period, but the Hurricanes retook the lead for good just 24 seconds later. Through 11 outings in January, Harley has racked up three goals, three assists and 27 shots on net. The defenseman has seven tallies, 16 helpers, 102 shots on net, 60 blocked shots and a plus-21 rating through 45 contests overall.
JANUARY 22 • ROTOWIRE
Power-play helper in win Harley notched a power-play assist and two shots on goal in Tuesday's 4-1 win over the Maple Leafs.
Impact Harley had been held off the scoresheet over the previous three games. The defenseman is up to 22 points (three on the power play), 94 shots on net, 53 blocked shots and a plus-22 rating across 41 appearances. There's some fluidity to the Stars' defense pairings, but Harley has been one of the team's top blueliners this season regardless of who he's paired with.
JANUARY 15 • ROTOWIRE
Three points on Broadway Harley scored an even-strength goal and added two power-play assists in Tuesday's 5-4 overtime win over the Rangers.
Impact He also chipped in a team-high six shots on net, two blocked shots and two PIM. Harley has found the back of the net in back-to-back games, and over the last four contests he's piled up two goals and six points -- an impressive surge considering the 23-year-old blueliner hadn't gotten onto the scoresheet in consecutive games since late October. On the season, Harley has six goals and 21 points in 37 appearances with 85 shots, 44 blocked shots and a plus-19 rating that's tied for third among all NHL defensemen, behind only Brayden McNabb (plus-24) and Jake Middleton (plus-22)..
JANUARY 8 • ROTOWIRE
Nets overtime winner Harley scored a goal on three shots in Saturday's 3-2 overtime win over Utah.
Impact Harley scored at 3:01 of overtime to secure the win for the Stars. He had gone eight games without a goal and missed two contests due to an illness in that span. The 23-year-old defenseman has five goals, 18 points, 79 shots on net, 42 blocked shots and a plus-19 rating over 36 appearances. He hasn't quite replicated his 47-point breakout from the 2023-24 regular season, but Harley continues to log big minutes in all situations.

JANUARY 5
Dishes pair of assists Harley logged two assists in Tuesday's 4-2 win over the Sabres.
Impact Harley had a middling December -- he put up seven points over 12 contests with a plus-5 rating, but he only got on the scoresheet in four games. Three of those were multi-point efforts. The 23-year-old blueliner's role remains steady -- regardless of where he's listed, he sees top-four minutes and power-play time. He's at 17 points, 75 shots on net, 38 blocked shots and a plus-19 rating over 34 outings this season.

Provides helper in win Harley notched an assist, two shots on goal and two blocked shots in Monday's 3-2 win over Utah.
Impact Harley picked up his first point since a two-goal game versus the Flames on Dec. 8. He missed two contests due to an illness in that span, but he's been right back in the top four since he returned from that absence. The 23-year-old defenseman is up to 15 points, 69 shots on net, 37 blocked shots and a plus-14 rating through 31 outings this season. He's on pace to fall short of his 47-point performance across 79 regular-season games last year, but he's still adding decent offense for a blueliner.
DECEMBER 24, 2024 • ROTOWIRE
In lineup Friday Harley (illness) will play Friday versus the Rangers, per the NHL media site.
Impact Harley's status came down to a true game-time decision, but he'll suit up after missing two contests. The 23-year-old is projected to play on the third pairing, indicating he'll be eased back into action after being under the weather.
DECEMBER 21, 2024 • ROTOWIRE
Game-time call against Friday Harley (illness) will once again be a game-time decision ahead of Friday's matchup with the Rangers, Brien Rea of FanDuel Sports Network Southwest reports.
Impact The flu bug continues to hamper the Stars, with both Harley and Nils Lundkvist still in doubt Friday as a result. Lian Bichsel is the only spare blueliner for Dallas, which means the team is likely expecting either Harley or Lundkvist to play, otherwise they might have to roll with just five defensemen.
DECEMBER 20, 2024 • ROTOWIRE
Out again Wednesday Harley (illness) is not expected to play Wednesday versus the Maple Leafs, Sam Nestler of DLLS Stars reports.
Impact Harley will miss a second straight game with the flu bug that's going through the Stars' locker room. The 23-year-old defenseman's absence is a big one, especially with Nils Lundkvist also sick, which will lead to Brendan Smith and Alex Petrovic playing in Wednesday's contest. Harley's next chance to play is Friday versus the Rangers.
DECEMBER 19, 2024 • ROTOWIRE
Game-time call Wednesday Harley (illness) will likely be a game-time decision Wednesday versus Toronto, per Stars radio analyst Bruce LeVine.
Impact Coach Peter DeBoer said that the Stars will have some game-time decisions because the flu is making its way through the team. While Harley wasn't mentioned by name, it stands to reason that he'll be among those questionable after missing Monday's 3-1 win against Washington due to an illness. The 23-year-old defenseman has four goals and 14 points in 29 appearances in 2024-25.
DECEMBER 18, 2024 • ROTOWIRE
Unavailable Monday Harley (illness) will not be in the lineup Monday against the Capitals, according to Sam Nestler of DLLS Stars.
Impact Harley will miss his first contest of the season due to the ailment. Brendan Smith will draw into the lineup in Harley's stead, and Lian Bichsel will skate alongside Miro Heiskanen on the top pair.
DECEMBER 17, 2024 • ROTOWIRE
Game-time decision Harley (illness) will be a game-time decision versus Washington on Monday, according to Brian Rea of FanDuel Sports Network Southwest.
Impact A flu bug has been circulating through the Stars, and Harley didn't participate in Monday's morning skate. He has accounted for four goals, 15 points, 66 shots on net and 35 blocked shots across 29 appearances this season. Nils Lundkvist (illness) will play against the Capitals, while Brendan Smith or Lian Bichsel could fill in for Harley.
