Impact In a relief appearance, Copley allowed two goals on 12 shots in Wednesday's 6-2 loss to Toronto after David Rittich got pulled. Copley's return to the minors could bode well for the availability of Darcy Kuemper (lower body) ahead of Sunday's contest in Anaheim.

The Kings will then return home to host the Kraken on Wednesday.

Impact Based on the Kings' goalie rotation, Copley was unlikely to play against Seattle on Saturday anyway, but his injury could force the Kings to bring David Rittich up from the minors to backup Cam Talbot.
