Released from PTO Carolina ended its professional tryout agreement with Shore on Friday.

Impact Shore had three goals and six points in 63 contests between Toronto and Winnipeg in 2019-20. Since that campaign, the 31-year-old has played in overseas. He recorded seven points in 18 Swiss League games with Ambri-Piotta as well as 18 points in 25 appearances with Jonkoping of the Swedish League last season.

Agrees to PTO Shore signed a professional tryout agreement with Carolina on Tuesday.

Impact Shore hasn't played in the NHL since 2019-20, when he recorded three goals, six points and 55 hits in 63 games between Toronto and Winnipeg. He has spent the past three years playing overseas, including stops in Switzerland and Sweden last season. Shore will compete for a depth spot with the Hurricanes during training camp.
