Maxim Strbak - Pens three-year deal Strbak inked a three-year, entry-level contract with the Sabres on Wednesday.
Impact Strbak is just the latest player from Michigan State to sign his entry-level deal, following Porter Martone and Trey Augustine. In his 37 games for the Spartans this year, the 20-year-old Strbak generated three goals and 15 assists. Strbak should have a chance to secure a spot on the Opening Night roster for the 2026-27 campaign, though he is far from a lock and could wind up in the minors with AHL Rochester.
