Magnus Chrona - Earns shutout for Milwaukee Chrona posted a 31-save shutout in AHL Milwaukee's 3-0 win over Rockford on Tuesday.

Impact This was Chrona's first AHL shutout, coming in his 69th career appearance. The goalie is 3-5-0 with a 2.39 GAA and a .913 save percentage this season, but he hasn't been able to take away much playing time from Matt Murray. Chrona is likely no higher than fourth on Nashville's organizational depth chart in goal, and it would take a number of injuries for him to get called up this year.

Gabe Smith - Nets two goals in QMJHL win Smith scored two goals in QMJHL Moncton's 5-3 win over Newfoundland on Tuesday.

Impact Smith has put together a strong December with eight goals and five assists over nine outings. He's gotten on the scoresheet in six of his last seven games as he continues to find consistency on offense. The Mammoth prospect is up to 16 goals and 36 points in just 30 contests, putting him four goals and three points shy of his marks from 52 regular-season outings a year ago.

Mikhail Sergachev - Deposits goal Monday Sergachev scored a goal on three shots in Tuesday's 4-3 loss to the Predators.

Impact Sergachev had posted six assists during a 10-game goal drought. That slump ended with a second-period tally to briefly give the Mammoth a 2-1 lead. The defenseman continues to be steady on the top pairing this year. He's at five goals, 26 points, 86 shots on net, 72 blocked shots, 21 hits, 24 PIM and a minus-8 rating through 40 appearances as Utah's top blueliner.

JJ Peterka - Strikes on power play Peterka scored a power-play goal on three shots in Monday's 4-3 loss to the Predators.

Impact Peterka's tally opened the scoring at 5:48 of the first period, though Roman Josi evened the score before the midpoint of the frame. The 23-year-old Peterka is now 12 games removed from his last multi-point effort, accumulating three goals and four helpers in those contests. He's produced 15 goals, 28 points, 86 shots on net and a plus-5 rating through 40 appearances this season, primarily filling a top-six role in his first year with the Mammoth.

Dylan Guenther - Earns pair of points Guenther scored a goal on six shots and added a power-play assist in Monday's 4-3 loss to the Predators.

Impact Guenther set up JJ Peterka's first-period tally before scoring an even-strength goal in the third to put the Mammoth ahead 3-2. This was Guenther's second multi-point effort in his last three games, and it also featured his first power-play point since Dec. 12 versus the Kraken. The 22-year-old winger is up to 17 goals, 32 points, 132 shots on net, 34 hits and an even plus-minus rating over 40 appearances. Guenther's already looking like a reliable 60-point winger, and he's young enough to find another level or two on offense.
