Collects three points in win
Frost scored a power-play goal on four shots and added two assists in Saturday's 5-4 win over the Hurricanes.
Impact
Frost has five points over four outings in March. He showed some growth in January with eight points in 14 games, but he didn't get on the scoresheet over four contests in February around the Olympic break. The 26-year-old center is poised to fill a larger role following the Flames' trade of Nazem Kadri to the Avalanche. Frost is up to 14 goals, 32 points (13 on the power play), 105 shots on net and a minus-15 rating over 62 appearances. He was limited to 37 points in 81 contests between Calgary and Philadelphia last year, but he's poised to get back over the 40-point mark in 2025-26.

Scores in blowout loss
Frost scored a goal in Tuesday's 6-1 loss to the Stars.
Impact
Frost has recorded points in back-to-back games, but the 26-year-old hasn't been a consistent scoring threat. His bottom-six role doesn't boost his chances in terms of fantasy appeal, and if we add the recent struggles the Flames have endured, Frost doesn't have a lot of fantasy upside in most formats.

Three goals in last four games
Frost had a goal and an assist in a 3-2 win over the Sharks on Saturday. Frost had five shots.
Impact
Frost has scored a goal in two straight games and three of the past four. Two of the snipes, including the one Saturday, have come with the man advantage. Frost had as many shots Saturday as he put up in his previous seven games. Obviously, we'd like to see him shoot more -- he has 95 shots in 54 games, and he's converted 12 times (15 assists).

Pots goal in blowout loss
Frost scored a goal, took two shots on goal and blocked two shots in Thursday's 4-1 loss to the Wild.
Impact
Frost's fantasy appeal won't be very high in most formats due to his bottom-six role, but he's been making the most of his opportunities of late after scoring in two of his last three games. The 26-year-old is up to three goals and six points in January, so while he might have some upside in deep formats, he has limited upside in standard leagues due to his role in the lineup.

Pots goal Friday
Frost scored a power-play goal in Friday's 3-1 loss to the Capitals.
Impact
Frost opened the scoring for the Flames with a wrister at the 6:09 mark of the first period. It was his 10th goal of the season, but he's found the back of the net just twice in 11 January outings. Frost's bottom-six role also limits his fantasy upside considerably.
