Jake Middleton - Chips in assist Monday Middleton supplied an assist and three shots on goal in Monday's 3-2 shootout loss to the Devils.
Impact Middleton was limited to two points (one goal, one assist) over 15 games in March. His slowdown on offense late in the season didn't stop him from reaching the 20-point mark -- that's where he's at through 64 appearances, but he likely won't match last year's 25-point total. Middleton has added 94 shots on net, 94 hits, 151 blocked shots, 40 PIM and a plus-11 rating in 2024-25.

Vinnie Hinostroza - Scores in Monday's shootout loss Hinostroza scored a goal on three shots in Monday's 3-2 shootout loss to the Devils.
Impact Hinostroza hadn't scored since March 4 in Seattle, but he closed out March with four points over seven contests. The 30-year-old winger has moved around the lineup a bit but most often settles into a middle-six role with time on the second power-play unit. Between Minnesota and Nashville this season, he has five goals, 10 points, 45 shots on net, 36 hits and a plus-2 rating across 34 appearances.

Brett Pesce - Gathers helper in shootout win Pesce logged an assist and three shots on goal in Monday's 3-2 shootout win over the Wild.
Impact Pesce had been held off the scoresheet in the previous eight games, recording 13 shots on net, 21 blocked shots and eight PIM in that span. His drought ended when he set up a Luke Hughes goal in the first period. Pesce is now at 15 points, 96 shots on net, 132 blocked shots and a minus-3 rating through 67 appearances. It's a better season than his last in Carolina, when he had 13 points in 70 regular-season outings, but this still isn't the peak of Pesce's scoring skills.

Nico Hischier - Keeps scoring Monday Hischier scored a goal on two shots and added three hits in Monday's 3-2 shootout win over the Wild.
Impact Hischier finished March above a point-per-game pace, earning 10 goals and seven assists across 16 outings for the month. He scored four of those goals across the last two games. The 26-year-old is up to 34 tallies, 63 points, 183 shots, 59 blocked shots, 40 hits and a plus-12 rating through 70 appearances this season.

Danila Yurov - Back in action Yurov (ankle) logged 14:21 of ice time for Metallurg Magnitogorsk in Sunday's matchup with Avangard, registering three shots.
Impact Yurov, as expected, is back in action for the KHL playoffs after recovering from a long-term ankle problem. Looking ahead to next season, Yurov is expected to sign with the Wild once his KHL campaign wraps up, though nothing official has come from the team. Given his offensive upside, Yurov should offer decent fantasy productivity as long as he can maintain his spot on the NHL roster next year.

Luke Hughes - Two-point effort Monday Hughes produced a goal and an assist in Monday's 3-2 shootout win over the Wild.
Impact The 21-year-old blueliner opened the scoring midway through the first period before having a hand in a Nico Hischier tally in the third. It was Hughes' sixth multi-point performance in his last 13 appearances -- a stretch in which he's racked up two goals and 15 points, including eight helpers on the power play.

Jacob Markstrom - Secures third straight win Markstrom turned aside 27 shots in regulation and overtime and both shootout attempts he faced in Monday's 3-2 win over the Wild.
Impact He took a shutout into the third period, but Minnesota forced OT with tallies early and late in the frame -- one on a deflection through heavy traffic, and the other after an unlucky bounce put the puck on Matt Boldy's stick right on Markstrom's doorstep. The veteran netminder is up to 25 wins on the season, and after some mid-March stumbles he seems to have turned things around, allowing three goals or fewer in four straight starts while going 3-0-1 with a 2.40 GAA and .905 save percentage.
