Impact Nyquist closed out the regular season on a high note, providing a goal and five points over his last three appearances. Even with that strong finish, though, he recorded just 11 goals and 27 points in 51 contests this year. That's down from Nyquist's 2021-22 finish of 18 goals and 53 points in 82 outings.

Nets 11th goal of 2022-23 Nyquist scored a goal in the Wild's 4-2 win over Chicago on Monday.

Impact Nyquist has a goal and three points over two games since returning from an upper-body injury that kept him out of the lineup from Jan. 27-April 6. He's collected 11 goals and 25 points in 50 contests this season. That puts him well behind his 2021-22 finish of 18 goals and 53 points in 82 appearances, but now that Nyquist is healthy, he'll look to provide the Wild with some valuable secondary scoring over the course of their playoff run.

Impact Nyquist was acquired from Columbus at the trade deadline but has yet to suit up for Minnesota while recovering from an upper-body injury. The 33-year-old winger had 10 goals and 22 points in 48 games this year with the Blue Jackets. He'll likely slot into a middle-six role with the Wild down the stretch.

He has 24 points, 97 shots on net, 40 hits and a minus-10 rating through 49 contests between the Wild and the Blue Jackets this season.

Still not skating Nyquist (upper body) hasn't begun skating yet but will travel with the team to meet his new teammates, Michael Russo of The Athletic reports Monday.

Impact Nyquist was originally ruled out for the remainder of the regular season, so fantasy players shouldn't be expecting him back until closer to the playoffs. Still, the fact that Minnesota traded for the winger should be a good indication they are at least expecting him to be ready to play at some point.
