Alexander True - Put on waivers The Panthers placed True on waivers Friday.

Impact True signed a one-year, two-way contract after spending last two seasons in the Kraken organization. True had 11 goals and 32 points in 72 games with AHL Coachella Valley last season.

William Lockwood - Waived by Florida Lockwood was placed on waivers Friday.

Impact Lockwood signed a two-year, two-way contract in July, so this is no surprise. Lockwood played in 13 contests with the Canucks last season and picked up his first career point. He will be headed to AHL Charlotte should he pass through waivers.

Matt Kiersted - Placed on waivers Friday The Panthers have put Kiersted on waivers Friday.

Impact Kiersted had a goal and three assists in 20 NHL games last season. The 25-year-old defenseman chipped in with five goals and 21 points in 49 AHL games in 2022-23.

Grigori Denisenko - Hits waiver wire Denisenko was placed on waivers by the Panthers on Friday.

Impact Should he pass through waivers, Denisenko will be sent to AHL Charlotte. Denisenko had three assists in 18 games with the Panthers last season. He has been a bit of a disappointment as he was selected in the first round (15th overall) in 2018.

Spencer Knight - Sent to AHL Knight (personal) was loaned to AHL Charlotte on Friday.

Impact Knight had a tough go of it last season and entered the NHL/NHLPA player assistance program in March to receive help with managing obsessive compulsive disorder. Knight should get plenty of playing time in the minors and don't be surprised if he is eventually called up to compete for the No. 1 goaltending job with the Panthers.
