Impact Samoskevich can return to the Panthers' roster now that Chris Driedger's no longer needed for goaltending depth. Sergei Bobrovsky (personal) should also be available for the Panthers on Saturday versus the Sharks. Samoskevich could be occasionally dropped from the roster since the Panthers are dealing with a tight cap situation and he is still waivers-exempt. The 22-year-old has nine points over 22 appearances and will compete with Jonah Gadjovich for fourth-line minutes.

Rasmus Ristolainen - Nabs assist in loss Ristolainen produced an assist and three hits in Thursday's 7-5 loss to the Panthers.

Impact Ristolainen has five helpers and a plus-9 rating over his last six outings. He's been steadier than usual on offense without sacrificing any of his physical play. The defenseman is up to eight points, 33 shots on net, 50 hits, 46 blocked shots and a plus-2 rating through 26 outings. He's averaging 20:32 of ice time in 2024-25, nearly four minutes more than he had in 2023-24 and his most since his first year with the Flyers.

Joel Farabee - Picks up power-play helper in loss Farabee recorded a power-play assist, three shots on goal and six PIM in Thursday's 7-5 loss to the Panthers.

Impact Farabee snapped a seven-game slump when he set up a Tyson Foerster tally in the second period. The 24-year-old Farabee also took two of his three penalties late in the third period in a scrum, so that's unlikely to get him in much trouble with head coach John Tortorella. Farabee is at nine points (three on the power play), 56 shots on net, 30 hits, 17 PIM, 17 blocked shots and a minus-9 rating over 26 outings this season.

Garnet Hathaway - Scores in Friday's loss Hathaway scored a goal on five shots, added two hits and blocked two shots in Friday's 7-5 loss to the Panthers.

Impact Hathaway scored for the first time since Nov. 9, which was also against the Panthers. During the 10 games in between, the 33-year-old winger had two assists, 16 shots on net, 39 hits and 17 blocked shots. He remains more of a physical force than a scorer with nine points, 40 shots, 79 hits, 32 blocks, 20 PIM and a plus-1 rating over 26 outings in a fourth-line role.
