Ends year on five-game point streak
Parayko notched an assist, two shots on goal, three hits and three blocked shots in Sunday's 4-3 double-overtime loss to the Jets in Game 7.
Impact
Parayko was hot in the playoffs, racking up a goal and five assists over the last five contests. The 31-year-old won't get to extend that streak after the Blues' season ended Sunday. The defenseman had a career year in the regular season with 16 goals, 36 points and a plus-12 rating over 64 appearances. He was bolstered by a 12.8 shooting percentage, nearly doubles from his previous high of 6.5 percent from 2023-24, so it's fair to assume some regression is in the cards for Parayko in 2025-26.

Puts up helper in Game 6
Parayko notched an assist, three blocked shots, two PIM and a plus-2 rating in Friday's 5-2 win over the Jets in Game 6.
Impact
Parayko is hot on offense with a goal and four assists over the last four games. He was held off the scoresheet in the first two contests of the postseason, but it didn't take him long to rediscover his regular-season scoring touch. The blueliner has added 13 shots on net, seven hits, 15 blocked shots and a plus-3 rating while playing in his usual spot on the top pairing.

Snags assist
Parayko offered an assist, two shots on goal, four blocked shots and two PIM in Wednesday's 5-3 loss to the Jets in Game 5.
Impact
Parayko has a goal and three helpers during his three-game point streak. The 31-year-old blueliner has added 12 shots on net, 12 blocked shots, six hits, four PIM and a plus-1 rating over five playoff outings. Parayko is a solid source of all-around production in his top-pairing role at even strength, though he remains fairly limited on the power play.

Dishes pair of helpers
Parayko notched two assists, four shots on goal, three blocked shots and a plus-2 rating in Sunday's 5-1 win over the Jets in Game 4.
Impact
Parayko set up tallies by Jake Neighbours and Brayden Schenn in this contest. After a bit of a rough showing in the first two games of the series, Parayko bounced back well on home ice. He's at three points, a plus-1 rating, 10 shots on net, five hits and eight blocked shots over four playoff outings while occupying his usual top-four role.

Lights lamp late in win
Parayko scored a power-play goal on three shots, went plus-3, added three hits and blocked two shots in Thursday's 7-2 win over the Jets.
Impact
Parayko has two goals over five contests since he returned from a knee injury. The 31-year-old has largely been quiet on offense in the playoffs -- this was his first point to go with six shots on net, a minus-1 rating, four hits and five blocked shots over three postseason contests. Even if he doesn't do much scoring, Parayko's defensive presence will be a big part of the Blues' overall structure. He had career highs in goals (16) and points (36) over 64 regular-season outings.

Scores in return
Parayko scored a goal on two shots, added two hits and blocked five shots in Saturday's 4-3 shootout loss to the Kraken.
Impact
Parayko was originally doubtful to play Saturday, but he improved enough to get in the lineup a game earlier than expected. The defenseman came through with a game-tying tally at 7:21 of the third period. Now that he's back from a knee injury, the Blues' defense should receive a substantial boost. Parayko's tally also gave him a career-high 36 points, one better than his previous personal best that he achieved three times. He's at 16 goals, 20 assists, 124 shots on net, 145 blocked shots, 92 hits and a plus-9 rating through 63 appearances this season.

Targeting Tuesday return
Parayko (knee) is doubtful to play Saturday in Seattle and is targeting a return for Tuesday's home game versus Utah, Jeremy Rutherford of The Athletic reports.
Impact
Parayko was expected to get back in the lineup in one of the Blues' last two contests, so this update tracks with that plan. It is likely his absence will reach 18 games after Saturday. The 31-year-old should be expected to see top-four minutes once he's able to get back into the lineup.

Could play in one of last two games
Parayko (knee) is on the Blues' road trip and could play either Saturday in Seattle or Tuesday at home versus Utah, Jason Gregor of Sports 1440 Edmonton reports.
Impact
Parayko won't face the Oilers on Wednesday, but he is nearing a return. The Blues seem to want to get him back prior to the playoffs to make sure he's good to play. Once Parayko returns, Tyler Tucker would be the obvious choice to exit the lineup.

Traveling with team
Parayko (knee) made the trip with the Blues and has started skating, Lou Korac of NHL.com reports Thursday.
Impact
Parayko's timeline won't have him back until mid-April but the fact that he is skating could be an indication that he is ahead of schedule. The blueliner has already missed 10 games due to his long-term knee issue. Prior to his absence, Parayko was finding his offensive stride with points in five of his last six outings for a combined three goals and three assists.
