Seth Jarvis - Adds helper Saturday Jarvis registered an assist and added two shots on goal in Saturday's 5-0 win against the Flyers.
Impact Jarvis' helper arrived on the game's opening goal where he helped linemate Sebastian Aho find the back of the net. The 23-year-old Jarvis is up to 25 assists, 51 points and 157 shots on net in 60 games this season. Since the departure of Mikko Rantanen at the trade deadline, Jarvis has been joined by Aho and Jackson Blake on the Canes' top line. Jarvis is currently riding a five-game point streak and is seeing the most power-play time of his young career. He is behind the pace needed to reach his career high in points of 67 by the end of the season, but with a few more big performances he could end up well over the 60-point mark. He is a must-start in all formats for the rest of the fantasy season.

Logan Stankoven - Tallies first helper with Carolina Stankoven tallied an assist and registered three shots on goal in Saturday's 5-0 victory over Philadelphia.
Impact Stankoven's first assist with the Canes led the way for another first to occur - Scott Morrow's first career NHL goal. The 22-year-old Stankoven now has 21 assists, 31 points and 157 shots on goal in 63 appearances this season. He has two points since beginning his tenure with Carolina. Stankoven has slotted into the Canes' third line and second power-play unit. With his upgraded role and ability to get shots on goal, Stankoven has some value in deeper leagues and is a name to keep an eye on ahead of the fantasy playoffs.

Tyson Jost - Draws assist Saturday Jost notched an assist, two hits and a plus-2 rating in Saturday's 5-0 win over the Flyers.
Impact Jost snapped an eight-game point drought that also saw him sit out as a healthy scratch twice following his return from a lower-body injury in February. The 27-year-old forward has routinely played limited minutes on the Hurricanes' fourth line this season, so he has little fantasy value. Jost is at three points, 23 shots on net, 32 hits and a plus-4 rating across 25 appearances in 2024-25.

Jackson Blake - Picks up helper Saturday Blake registered an assist and two PIM in Saturday's 5-0 win over the Flyers.
Impact Blake has been in a first-line since the trade deadline, taking over the spot vacated by Mikko Rantanen's move to Dallas. It hasn't really paid off for Blake lately -- he snapped a five-game point drought with his helper Saturday, and he's been limited to seven helpers over 18 contests during a goal-scoring slump. The 21-year-old rookie has 23 points, 110 shots on net and a plus-8 rating over 67 appearances. While Blake is in a position to succeed, many fantasy managers will need a bit more proof-of-concept before putting him on their rosters.
