Elias Pettersson - Lights lamp in overtime loss Pettersson scored a goal on four shots in Saturday's 3-2 overtime loss to the Bruins.
Impact Pettersson has earned three points over five games since returning from an upper-body injury. The 27-year-old's tally tied the contest at 1-1 early in the second period. He's now at 10 goals, 25 points, 66 shots on net, 55 blocked shots, 32 hits and a minus-9 rating over 33 appearances this season. Barring a massive second half of the campaign, Pettersson looks likely to fall short of a point-per-game pace for the second year in a row.

Filip Hronek - Collects pair of points Hronek scored a power-play goal and added an assist in Saturday's 3-2 overtime loss to the Bruins.
Impact Hronek has racked up nine points over his last nine outings, though the goal was his first since Nov. 23 versus the Flames. The defenseman is now at three goals, 25 points, 59 shots on net, 69 hits, 57 blocked shots and a plus-3 rating over 41 appearances this season. Hronek has never had a 50-point campaign, coming up two shy over 81 regular-season outings in 2023-24, but he's on pace to change that fact this year.

Kevin Lankinen - Takes overtime loss Lankinen allowed three goals on 21 shots in Saturday's 3-2 overtime loss to the Bruins.
Impact Lankinen didn't see as much rubber as Jeremy Swayman in this contest. When it mattered most, Lankinen fell short, making a sloppy save on David Pastrnak's shot late in overtime before Fraser Minten knocked home the loose puck. Lankinen had won his previous two outings, but he was on a six-game slide prior to that. The Finnish netminder has a 6-10-4 record with a 3.37 GAA and an .884 save percentage through 20 contests this season. Thatcher Demko remains in the No. 1 role and will likely start the Canucks' next game Tuesday in Buffalo to kick off their six-game road trip.

Mason Lohrei - Bags helper in overtime win Lohrei logged an assist and two blocked shots in Saturday's 3-2 overtime win over the Canucks.
Impact Lohrei is warming up with three helpers over his last five games. The defenseman has lost out on a power-play role since both Charlie McAvoy and Hampus Lindholm are healthy, and Lohrei is also seeing time on the third pairing at even strength. The 24-year-old defenseman hasn't been able to fully replicate his production from last year with less ice time, but he still has a respectable 16 points, 31 shots on net, 50 blocked shots and a plus-5 rating through 37 appearances.
JANUARY 4 ROTOWIRE
David Pastrnak - Deals two helpers in overtime win Pastrnak logged two assists, including one on the power play, and fired two shots on goal in Saturday's 3-2 overtime win over the Canucks.
Impact Pastrnak has five points over his last two outings. The winger set up Elias Lindholm's tally in the second period and Fraser Minten's game-winner 4:41 into overtime. Pastrnak is up to 17 goals, 29 helpers, 126 shots on net, 45 hits, 30 PIM and a minus-11 rating through 37 appearances this season. He's earned 19 of his points on the power play and should continue to be among the top-scoring wingers in the league even as he logs even-strength time on the third line for now.
