Isac Lundestrom - Rare power-play helper in loss Lundestrom logged a power-play assist and went minus-2 in Tuesday's 3-2 loss to the Sabres.

Impact Lundestrom was on the ice late in a power play and helped out on Leo Carlsson's tally in the second period. The assist ended a six-game slump for Lundestrom, and it was his first power-play point of the season. He shouldn't be counted on for offense -- the 25-year-old fills a role as a defensive forward in the bottom six. He's at 10 points, 44 shots on net, 48 blocked shots, 34 hits and a minus-2 rating across 54 outings in 2024-25.

Pavel Mintyukov - Helps out on power play Mintyukov notched a power-play assist, two blocked shots, two PIM and a minus-2 rating in Tuesday's 3-2 loss to the Sabres.

Impact Mintyukov has played in just two of the Ducks' six games in February so far. He was a regular in the lineup in January, but the Ducks have rotated their young defensemen at times, with Mintyukov, Olen Zellweger and Drew Helleson all at risk of trips to the press box. For the season, Mintyukov has gone through a sophomore slump, producing 12 points, 50 shots on net, 69 blocked shots, 49 hits and a minus-8 rating through 45 appearances, though he sees power-play time when he plays.

Leo Carlsson - Stays warm with power-play goal Carlsson scored a power-play goal on two shots and blocked four shots in Tuesday's 3-2 loss to the Sabres.

Impact Carlsson's point streak is up to four games (two goals, three assists). He appears to have benefited from his stint with Team Sweden during the 4 Nations Face-Off -- he's come back to the NHL ranks confident and productive in a top-six role. The 20-year-old center is up to 11 goals, 23 points (five on the power play), 64 shots on net and a plus-1 rating over 51 appearances. He'll have to keep scoring to work his way into the fantasy mix, as he doesn't add much physicality.

Mason McTavish - Strikes on power play in loss McTavish scored a power-play goal on two shots in Tuesday's 3-2 loss to the Sabres.

Impact McTavish ended a four-game goal drought and contributed on the power play for the first time since Jan. 25. The 22-year-old continues to be fairly effective in a middle-six role, adding a bit of toughness and a depth-scoring touch. He's at 14 goals, 29 points (eight on the power play), 110 shots on net, 51 hits, 28 PIM and a minus-5 rating through 51 appearances this season.

Henri Jokiharju - Scores again in win Jokiharju scored a goal and went plus-3 in Tuesday's 3-2 win over the Ducks.

Impact Jokiharju's had the goal-scoring touch since the 4 Nations Face-Off. He's scored in consecutive games and gone plus-5 in that span. The Finnish blueliner appears to be strengthening his hold on a third-pairing spot, and if the Sabres deal from their strength on defense ahead of the trade deadline, he could carve out a larger role. Still, fantasy managers should be cautious -- he has just six points with 44 shots on net and a plus-8 rating over 41 appearances this season. There are definite flaws in his game that have led to him being scratched at times, and he doesn't have enough upside to justify a roster spot in most fantasy formats.

JJ Peterka - Nets goal in comeback win Peterka scored a goal on three shots, added two hits and went plus-3 in Tuesday's 3-2 win over the Ducks.

Impact Peterka's goal sparked the Sabres' third-period comeback -- he got them on the board at 1:56 of the final frame. The winger has earned six goals and five assists over his last 10 outings as he continues to be a steady source of offense. For the season, he's up to 16 goals, 43 points, 120 shots on net and an even plus-minus rating. He's on pace to surpass last year's career-high 50 points by a fairly wide margin.
