Preston Williams - Will play Thursday Coach Brian Flores said Monday that Williams will be available for Thursday's game against the Ravens, Daniel Oyefusi of the Miami Herald reports.
Impact Williams has been listed as a healthy scratch in back-to-back games. In Week 8 versus the Bills, his absence was noted as disciplinary-related, but Flores said that wasn't the case for Week 9. Given the murky circumstances surrounding Williams' recent lack of availability, it's hard to estimate how significant a role he'll play Thursday, even with Will Fuller (finger) and DeVante Parker (shoulder) both out.

Tua Tagovailoa - To resume throwing Monday Tagovailoa (finger/ribs) has not yet resumed throwing but is expected to do so Monday, David Furones of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.
Impact Tagovailoa was active for Sunday's game against the Texans but only in an emergency capacity, and he did not take the field. The second-year signal-caller is considered day-to-day in advance of Thursday's game against the Ravens, so it will be encouraging if he's indeed able to resume throwing. However, Jacoby Brissett remains ready if Tagovailoa isn't able to make enough progress to play in Week 10.

Will Fuller V - Will remain out Thursday Fuller (finger) won't be activated from injured reserve ahead of Thursday's game against the Ravens, David Furones of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.
Impact Fuller was unable to return to practice ahead of Sunday's win over the Texans, and he'll remain on injured reserve against Baltimore. The receiver's next chance to return to game action will come Nov. 21 against the Jets.
