Anthony Walker Jr. - Needs season-ending surgery Walker's MRI on Friday revealed a torn quadriceps tendon, which will require season-ending surgery to repair, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Impact The recovery timetable for such an injury is 5-to-7 months, so Walker should be recovered soon after the conclusion of the playoffs. With Walker sidelined for the rest of the 2022 campaign, Jacob Phillips is expected to slide into the starting middle linebacker spot for the Browns.
