Dee Ford - Not showing signifcant progress Coach Kyle Shanahan said Monday that he would be surprised if Ford (back) is back this season, Matt Barrows of The Athletic reports.
Impact Barrows reports that the 49ers need to make a decision on whether or not to activate Ford from injured reserve by Wednesday. If they decide not to active him, then he will spend the rest of the season on injured reserve, which appears likely based on Shanahan's comments. If he is indeed done for the year, then Ford finished the 2021 campaign with three sacks in six appearances.

Fred Warner - Sprains ankle Warner (ankle) is expected to play Sunday against the Falcons according to head coach Kyle Shanahan, David Lombardi of The Athletic reports.
Impact Warner suffered the sprain during the 49ers' win over the Bengals on Sunday. Although he left the game, he did end up returning and finishing. He is considered day-to-day, Jennifer Lee Chan of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.

Robbie Gould - Scores eight points in OT win Gould went 2-for-3 on field-goal attempts and 2-for-2 on extra-point tries in Sunday's 26-23 overtime win over Cincinnati.
Impact Gould's lone miss came on a 47-yard attempt as time expired in the third quarter. It was a rare miss of less than 50 yards from the usually-reliable kicker, and it also allowed the Bengals to make a late comeback and send the game into overtime. Gould's teammates rallied and eventually secured the win in the extra period.
