Looking to practice this week Coach Pete Carroll said Monday that Olsen (foot) is "challenging" to practice this week, Curtis Crabtree of Sports Radio 950 KJR Seattle reports.
Impact Olsen has missed three games since suffering a ruptured plantar fascia in his left foot Week 10, meaning he's eligible to come back from IR this week. Once he returns to practice, it will open his 21-day window to be activated from IR. Carroll said Olsen is "very positive and upbeat" about the prospect of getting back on the field soon, and there seems to be a good chance that the veteran tight end returns before the end of the regular season. In the meantime, Will Dissly and Jacob Hollister will continue to handle the bulk of the team's tight end reps.

Aiming to return Week 15 Coach Pete Carroll said Monday that Dunbar (knee) is practicing with the mentality of playing in Sunday's game versus Washington, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.
Impact Dunbar returned to practice last Wednesday, opening his 21-day window to be activated from IR. He's working through a chronic knee injury and will be closely monitored through the practice week. Carroll indicated the team will make a decision either Friday or Saturday. If he's unable to go, D.J. Reed will make another start at right cornerback.

Impact Penny returned to practice last Wednesday, opening his 21-day window to be activated from the PUP list. The 2018 first-round pick immediately drew praise from the organization's leaders; Russell Wilson called him "electric," and Carroll said he "exceeded expectations with his movement and his quickness," according to Curtis Crabtree of Sports Radio 950 KJR Seattle. Penny hasn't played in a game in over a year, and if he suits up this week, he could be eased into a rotation with fellow running backs Carlos Hyde and Chris Carson. The Seahawks will make a decision on Penny's Week 15 status by Saturday.
