Impact Fant underwent an MRI on Monday that revealed the nature of the two injuries. Backup right tackle Chuma Edoga also suffered a low-ankle sprain during the game. If neither player is available for the Week 12 matchup against the Dolphins, Conor McDermott is expected to start at right tackle.

May return Week 12 Coach Anthony Lynn said Monday that Harris (foot) could return for Sunday's game against the Bills, Jeff Miller of the Los Angeles Times reports.
Impact Harris returned to practice last week, opening the 21-day window to be activated from IR. He'll be monitored closely during the upcoming practice week with hopes that he'll be ready to face the Bills on Sunday. His potential return will be even more important if Casey Hayward (groin) is forced to miss time.

Impact Darnold hasn't played since Week 8 due to a lingering AC joint injury in his right shoulder, but Ralph Vacchiano of SportsNet New York has reported that coach Adam Gase said the young signal-caller has a "good shot" to return against Miami on Sunday. It sounds like the Jets are satisfied with how Darnold has progressed in his throwing routine, per Vacchiano, but the team remains concerned about re-injury. As Rich Cimini of ESPN.com notes, Darnold said Monday that a worst-case scenario for aggravating his shoulder would be another 2-to-3-week absence.
