Impact Smith signed with the Cowboys as undrafted free agent out of Iowa in 2021. He spent the season on the Cowboys' practice squad and never made it to the active roster. He'll work to make a bigger impact next season.

Impact DiNucci failed to make the team's 53-man roster ahead of the regular season and spent the entirety of the 2021 campaign on the team's practice squad. The quarterback appeared in three games in 2020 and completed 23 of 43 passes for 219 yards while starter Dak Prescott was out due to a season-ending ankle injury. The seventh-round pick will have another opportunity to find a full-time backup role with Dallas this coming offseason.
