Heads injury-riddled WR corps again Wilson's teammates Marvin Harrison (heel) and Greg Dortch (chest) have been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Rams.

Impact Wilson and Dortch both enjoyed spikes in production during Harrison's two-game absence, followed by steep declines in both targets and fantasy points when Harrison returned for last Sunday's 20-17 loss at Tampa Bay. With Harrison now out again, and Dortch joining him this time, the Cardinals are painfully thin at wide receiver behind Wilson. Even Xavier Weaver (questionable - hamstring) may not end up playing, in which case Andre Baccellia and various practice-squad promotions would be the favorites to take WR snaps alongside Wilson. It's a great situation to pile up targets, albeit against a tough defense that won't take Wilson lightly after his massive numbers in Weeks 11-12.

Targets plummet in Harrison return Wilson secured three of seven targets for 36 yards in the Cardinals' 20-17 loss to the Buccaneers on Sunday.

Impact Wilson had seen nearly a season's worth of work in the last two games with Marvin Harrison sitting out due to an appendectomy, with the former producing a 25-303-0 line on 33 targets. However, the third-year pro unsurprisingly saw a noteworthy reduction in opportunities with Harrison's return, although his target tally did tie for his highest of the season outside of the aforementioned pair of contests. Wilson will likely remain in a clear complementary role moving forward for as long as Harrison remains healthy, although he could have another solid target count in a Week 14 home showdown against the Rams

Impact Wilson has been a monster for fantasy purposes during Harrison's two-game absence after the latter underwent an appendectomy, putting together a 25-303-0 on 33 targets during that stretch. Prior to his run as the Cardinals' No. 1 WR, Wilson had a 22-231-1 line on 38 targets in the first nine contests of the campaign, so the presence of Harrison likely means he'll settle somewhere between those workloads Sunday. Having said that, the Buccaneers defense has been giving up chunk plays to wide receivers over the last two weeks, conceding 16.2 yards per catch, 9.8 yards per target and three TD receptions, so Wilson still is a good bet to produce, especially if Harrison isn't operating at 100 percent.

Continues to thrive as No. 1 WR Wilson hauled in 10 of 15 targets for 118 yards in Sunday's 27-24 overtime loss to Jacksonville.

Impact Wilson is taking full advantage of teammate Marvin Harrison's (appendix) continued absence, with the former producing his second 100-plus yard performance in his second game operating as Arizona's top wideout. The ascension of veteran backup Jacoby Brissett's game since taking over for Kyler Murray (foot) can also be attributed to Wilson's rapid rise in the fantasy ranks. It is unclear how long Harrison will remained sidelined for while recovering from appendix surgery, but it has become clear that Wilson should be treated as a must-start option in fantasy until that day comes. Set for another week as WR1 Wilson is positioned as the No. 1 wideout for Sunday's game against the Jaguars with Marvin Harrison (appendix) ruled out again, Theo Mackie of The Arizona Republic reports.

Impact Wilson enjoyed a career day with Harrison sidelined during the Cardinals' loss to the 49ers in Week 11, securing 15 of 18 targets for 185 yards with zero touchdowns. While it's unlikely Wilson manages to reprise similarly exuberant target volume from quarterback Jacoby Brissett, who attempted a tremendous 57 passes against San Francisco, double-digit looks wouldn't be out of the question versus Jacksonville. Until such time as Harrison retakes the field, Wilson will continue to benefit from heavy enough involvement to warrant fantasy consideration, especially in PPR formats.
