Poised for WR1 role in short term Wilson will take on the No. 1 WR role in the Cardinals offense for at least Sunday's game against the 49ers following Marvin Harrison's appendectomy Monday, Darren Urban of the tea...
Impact Wilson is in sole possession of third in most receiving categories among Arizona's skill-position players behind TE Trey McBride and Harrison. With Harrison's 6.9 targets per game now up for grabs for the foreseeable future, Wilson stands to benefit along with Greg Dortch, Xavier Weaver (ankle) and Andre Baccellia. Wilson himself has averaged 10.5 yards per catch and 6.1 yards per target this season, so even with the expected bump in volume he may not produce on game days to be a consideration in many fantasy formats.

Arizona's Jacoby Brissett earns another start at QB after stellar play; Murray's status unclear

Jacoby Brissett’s excellent quarterback play has given the Arizona Cardinals’ season new life
NOVEMBER 5, 2025 • Associated Press
Reels in three passes in Week 9 Wilson hauled in three of four targets for 61 yards during Monday's 27-17 win at Dallas.
Impact Fueled by a 50-yard catch and run at the start of the third quarter, Wilson set a new season high in receiving yards Monday, leaving him second among Cardinals in the category for Week 9. He's had all three of his top results in yards during Jacoby Brissett's three-game stint as the starting quarterback in place of Kyler Murray, and coach Jonathan Gannon has reiterated multiple times that Murray will resume directing Arizona's offense once he's recovered from his mid-foot sprain. If that comes to pass Sunday in Seattle, Wilson's short-term appeal may dwindle, as he compiled an 8-52-1 line on 18 targets with Murray under center from Weeks 1-5.

Logs full practice Thursday Wilson (foot) was a full practice participant Thursday
Impact One day removed from being limited at Wednesday's walkthrough due to a foot injury, Wilson logged every on-field rep, paving the way for him to be available Sunday against the Packers. The same can't be said for fellow WRs Marvin Harrison (concussion, limited) and Zay Jones (knee, DNP), who maintained their activity levels into Thursday. Wilson thus is the healthiest among the Cardinals' top three at the position, but there's also the question of who will be under center Week 7, as Kyler Murray remained limited due to a mid-foot sprain. Jacoby Brissett will earn another spot start this weekend if Murray is out.
OCTOBER 16, 2025 • ROTOWIRE
Tending to foot issue Wilson was limited at Wednesday's walkthrough due to a foot injury, Zach Gershman of the Cardinals' official site reports.
Impact Wilson made a brief exit from this past Sunday's loss in Indianapolis due to a finger injury but was able to finish out the contest en route to four catches (on five targets) for 44 yards. The reason for his practice limitations Wednesday thus is a new health concern, which will need to be watched as the week continues. Aside from Wilson, Arizona's receiving corps is banged up at the moment, as Marvin Harrison (concussion) also was limited Wednesday, while Zay Jones (knee) didn't take part at all.

Jacoby Brissett's production raises a big question: Is Kyler Murray the answer for the Cardinals?

Veteran backup Jacoby Brissett was the fill-in for Cardinals franchise quarterback Kyler Murray against the Indianapolis Colts after Murray’s ailing foot kept him out of action
OCTOBER 13, 2025 • Associated Press
Four catches in Week 6 loss Wilson brought in four of five targets for 44 yards in the Cardinals' 31-27 loss to the Colts on Sunday.
Impact Wilson stepped into a bigger role despite dealing with a finger injury, as Marvin Harrison exited the contest due to a concussion in the second quarter. Wilson's target total was his second highest of the season, while both his catch and yardage totals represented new high-water marks on the campaign. The third-year wideout may also have benefitted from Jacoby Brissett being under center in place of Kyler Murray (foot), and that same arrangement may hold for a Week 7 home matchup against the Packers next Sunday.

Back in Sunday's game Wilson (finger) returned to Sunday's contest at Indianapolis, Dani Sureck of the Cardinals' official site reports.
Impact Wilson made a brief exit in the second quarter due to what seems to have been a dislocated finger, but with the issue taped up, he'll gut it out for the time being. He recorded a five-yard catch on his only target before leaving Sunday's game.
OCTOBER 12, 2025 • ROTOWIRE
Hurts finger Sunday Wilson exited Sunday's game against the Colts after sustaining a finger injury.
Impact Before that, Wilson caught his only target for five yards in the contest. In his absence, Marvin Harrison, Zay Jones, Greg Dortch and Simi Fehoko are on hand to handle the Cardinals' Week 6 WR duties.
OCTOBER 12, 2025 • ROTOWIRE
Two catches in Week 5 Wilson caught two of four targets for 16 yards in Sunday's 22-21 loss to the Titans.
Impact Wilson's quiet start to the 2025 campaign continued Sunday, as the third-year wideout operated as the Cardinals' No. 2 receiver behind Marvin Harrison. Despite playing a solid 69 percent of Baltimore's offensive snaps, Wilson was unable to get much going against the Titans. Through five weeks, the Stanford product has recorded just eight catches on 18 targets for 52 yards and a touchdown. Wilson remains difficult to trust for fantasy purposes heading into a Week 6 matchup against the Colts.

Season-high six targets Wilson hauled in three of six targets for 15 yards during Thursday's 23-20 defeat to the Seahawks.
Impact Wilson earned a season-high 97 percent snap share Week 4, but he again didn't get much going within the confines of the Cardinals offense. His target count did mark a season best, but he now boasts a measly 6-36-1 line on 14 targets through four games. Until QB Kyler Murray begins to look his way more often, Wilson appears to be on the outside looking in when it comes to fantasy relevance.

Minimal involvement in loss Wilson caught one of his two targets for five yards in Sunday's 16-15 loss to the 49ers.
Impact Wilson recorded just one reception for the third straight game, and now has just three catches for 21 yards and a touchdown on eight targets to start the season. The third-year wideout is not getting enough of an opportunity within the Arizona's offense to be considered for fantasy purposes with any type of confidence. Wilson will look to get more involved in Week 4 when the Cardinals host the Seahawks.
