Michael Wilson Fantasy Week 5: Projections vs. Titans, Points and Stats, Start or Sit - Bleacher Nation Wideout Michael Wilson faces a matchup against the 22nd-ranked pass defense in the league (227 yards allowed per game) in Week 5, when his A...

Season-high six targets Wilson hauled in three of six targets for 15 yards during Thursday's 23-20 defeat to the Seahawks.
Impact Wilson earned a season-high 97 percent snap share Week 4, but he again didn't get much going within the confines of the Cardinals offense. His target count did mark a season best, but he now boasts a measly 6-36-1 line on 14 targets through four games. Until QB Kyler Murray begins to look his way more often, Wilson appears to be on the outside looking in when it comes to fantasy relevance.

Minimal involvement in loss Wilson caught one of his two targets for five yards in Sunday's 16-15 loss to the 49ers.
Impact Wilson recorded just one reception for the third straight game, and now has just three catches for 21 yards and a touchdown on eight targets to start the season. The third-year wideout is not getting enough of an opportunity within the Arizona's offense to be considered for fantasy purposes with any type of confidence. Wilson will look to get more involved in Week 4 when the Cardinals host the Seahawks.

Hits pay dirt in win Wilson caught one of two targets for 11 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 27-22 win over the Panthers.
Impact Wilson caught just one pass for a second-straight week, though his reception in Week 2 counted for his first score of the season. The third-year wideout played 38 of the Cardinals' 55 offensive snaps in the contest, behind only Marvin Harrison (51). Wilson is operating as Arizona's No. 2 wide receiver, but his lack of consistent usage makes him difficult to trust for fantasy purposes. The 25-year old will look to take a step forward in Week 3 when the Cardinals visit the 49ers in Week 3.

Manages one catch in Week 1 Wilson gathered in one of four targets for five yards during Sunday's 20-13 win at New Orleans.
Impact Wilson was on the field for 44 of 66 offensive snaps (67 percent), but his 26 routes run yielded little, while top wide receiver Marvin Harrison's 32 routes resulted in a 5-71-1 line on six targets on an 89 percent snap share. At the same time, No. 3 WR Zay Jones (1-4-0) nearly matched Wilson's output on one target and a 47 percent share of plays. The Cardinals consolidate most of the targets among TE Trey McBride (nine on Sunday), Harrison and RB James Conner (four), so Wilson has his work cut out for him to produce weekly.

Doesn't play Saturday Wilson didn't suit up for Saturday's 27-7 preseason loss in Denver.
Impact The Cardinals held out their key skill-position players in this contest, including WRs Marvin Harrison, Wilson, Greg Dortch and Zay Jones. During a 20-17 win against the Chiefs in preseason Week 1, both Wilson (12 yards) and Harrison (15 yards) were on the receiving end of connections with QB Kyler Murray. After missing time due to a concussion earlier in training camp, Wilson again appears set to slot in as the No. 2 behind Harrison, with the former coming off a 47-548-4 line on 71 targets in 16 regular-season games in his second pro campaign.

Is Cardinals QB Kyler Murray Making His Last Stand in Arizona?
Ditches non-contact jersey Wilson (concussion) practiced Thursday without a yellow non-contact jersey, Tyler Drake of ArizonaSports.com reports.
Impact For a second consecutive day, Wilson ran routes on air while hauling in passes, only this time he ditched the yellow jersey. He entered the concussion protocol after getting kneed in the helmet at last Friday's session, but he's clearly progressed enough to get back on the field and be eligible for contact. Considering QB Kyler Murray is in line to play in Saturday's preseason opener against the Chiefs, Wilson figures to do so as well, assuming all symptoms of his head injury are behind him.

Wearing non-contact jersey Wilson (concussion) is participating in practice Wednesday while wearing a yellow non-contact jersey, Bo Brack of GoPHNX.com reports.
Impact Wilson is progressing through the NFL's concussion protocol, which he entered Friday after a collision with teammate Budda Baker. He'll need to gain full clearance before being eligible to appear in preseason action, making Wilson's status uncertain for Saturday's game against the Chiefs. Meanwhile, top wide receiver Marvin Harrison returned to practice Tuesday.

Cardinals starters, including QB Kyler Murray, set to play in preseason against Chiefs

Arizona Cardinals coach Jonathan Gannon says many starters, including quarterback Kyler Murray, will play in Saturday's preseason opener against the Kansas City Chiefs
AUGUST 5, 2025 • Associated Press
In concussion protocol Wilson is in the NFL's concussion protocol, Theo Mackie of The Arizona Republic reports.
Impact Wilson had to leave practice early Friday after colliding with Budda Baker's right knee while trying to catch a pass. Head coach Jonathan Gannon said Saturday that Baker is fine, but Wilson won't be able to practice until he clears concussion protocol. That leaves Arizona without its top two wideouts at the moment, as Marvin Harrison Jr. will miss his third straight day of practice Saturday while battling a knee issue and an illness, per Cameron Cox of 12 Sports AZ.
AUGUST 2, 2025 • ROTOWIRE
Leaves practice after hit Wilson took a hit to the helmet or upper body during Friday's practice and went to the locker room, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.
Impact Wilson laid out for a Kyler Murray pass, and as the pass arrived he clipped safety Budda Baker's right knee. Both players remained down for a spell before getting to their feet, but only Wilson left the field, perhaps to get a concussion check. The nature of Wilson's injury likely will become known once he undergoes testing.

Good to go for OTAs Wilson (hamstring) is participating in Arizona's voluntary OTAs without any apparent restrictions, per the Cardinals' official site.
Impact Wilson missed Arizona's season finale in 2024 due to a hamstring injury, but he suited up for the team's other 16 regular-season games and secured 47 of 71 targets for 548 yards and four touchdowns. He also rushed once for seven yards. Despite drawing 13 more targets in Year 2, Wilson finished with a relatively similar receiving line to the 565 yards and three scores he compiled as a rookie, due in large part to his yards per catch dropping from 14.9 to 11.7. With the Cardinals having opted against adding significant competition to the pass-catching corps this offseason, Wilson is positioned to reprise a starting role and operate as Kyler Murray's third-look target behind No. 1 wideout Marvin Harrison and tight end Trey McBride.
